AWARD-WINNING CANELES & MADELEINES & CROISSANTS
Made with pancake batter, slowly baked in traditional copper moulds, we have mastered the traditional recipe of the Caneles from Bordeaux. Close to our heart is also our Madeleines which are Are Made From Almond Meal, Flour, Fresh Butter, Sugar And Australian Organic Honey. A Delicious Treat That Will Bring Back Childhood Memories… What we are really proud to have mastered is our French Croissants, made with French Butter from Normandy, they are freshly baked every morning and they are better than in France. You have to come and try for yourself !
