Sacrebleu !
Bl**dy Delicious since 2018

Sacrebleu ! was created in 2018 by husband & wife Adrien and Cecile, two frenchy who wanted to bring to Australia the flavours of their childhood. The first caneles were baked at Bastille Festival at Circular Quay in 2018 and since then, the duo has never looked back. From farmers markets to opening their shop, and slowly extending the offer, the approach is and will always be to have a short selection of baked goods, done in small batches and done well. We may not have everything on offer all the time, but we try our best to delight.

Find out more about what we have to offer in our stores here and if you have any questions, we will happily assist where we can; please contact us now !

We hope to see you soon. A bientôt !

Sacrebleu! Is A Dated French Profanity Meant As A Cry Of Surprise Or Happiness.

The Phrase Originated From The Words “Sacré Dieu”, But Throughout History, It Was Considered To Be Taking God’s Name In Vain To Be Forbidden. ‘Dieu ‘ (I.E. God) Was Then Changed To ‘Bleu’ Which Rhymes With Dieu.

Sacrebleu ! First Usage Was First Seen In The 16th Century…  Just Like The Caneles !
