All our products are 100% natural and only using the best ingredients, organic where-ever possible and local. You can find list of ingredients and allergens here.
Our canelés are best enjoyed on the day they are baked. They can be kept for 2 days at room temperature or longer if kept in an airtight container in the fridge.
Caneles come in shade of golden brown. Indeed, each cake is individually baked in its copper mould, and each copper mould will react slightly differently to the heat in the oven. Some canelés will be slightly darker and some lighter
Our madeleines can be kept for 6 days, preferably in an airtight container or metal box, at room temperature.
Cakes to share are perfect to be kept for a few days. Either at room temperature, or in the fridge (in cling wrap, ideally) or you can freeze them in slices. A little bit for now, a little bit for later !

Local Pick ups, Deliveries & Shipping FAQ
We offer free pick-up at our shops in Dee Why and win Barangaroo. Simply select ‘PICK UP’ and the desired location at check out. Please choose carefully as note any change of pick up location after the order has been placed will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for your understanding !
We have 2 shops: one in the city in Barangaroo at the bottom of the Crown Casino in Barangaroo and one in the Northern Beaches in Dee Why. We have a slightly difference offer between the stores. Please have a look here to find out more
Unfortunately we don’t offer deliveries at the moment but we are always happy to help if you would like to organise an Uber delivery from one of our stores to your destination. Please get in touch to organise for a quote ! You can also find a small selection on UberEats and DoorDash.
Yes we do ! You can now order for delivery anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Click HERE to order now. We will always choose the quickest option for you to get the cakes and rest assured cakes will be freshly baked before they leave. We will endeavor to meet your delivery date but please note that once shipped, we cannot do anything to speed up the delivery. Please count a minimum of 7 days.
